This new HOTFLOW relies on the proven multi-nozzle Ersa proprietary heating technology and belongs to the third generation of machines. During the development phase of the HOTFLOW series, designers focused on improving heat transfer efficiency, reducing energy and nitrogen consumption, enhancing cooling performance, and optimizing process control through a complete redesign of the process tunnel. In terms of both production efficiency and floor space, HOTFLOW is undoubtedly a benchmark in the industry. With its dual-track, triple-track, and now four-track options, capacity can be increased fourfold without expanding the footprint! Additionally, different speeds and PCB widths can be set for each track, achieving maximum production flexibility. Currently, this machine can be set to handle three different products simultaneously with four different speeds and track widths. To ensure maximum machine availability, we use only the highest quality materials. Finally, all major components can be replaced within minutes, minimizing machine downtime.
