The ERSA POWERFLOW ULTRA wave soldering system comes in XL and XLL models, with working widths of 520 mm and 610 mm, respectively. The motor-driven flux can selectively apply flux to different areas of the printed circuit board through an intelligent control system. Its modular, individually configurable preheating concept ensures efficient energy transfer. Numerous waveform generators provide excellent soldering performance for every application. The robust tunnel structure and sturdy soldering frame highlight the machine's long service life and good accessibility.
