MICRONOX MX2127 is a single-phase, semi-aqueous general-purpose cleaner, specifically designed for IGBT modules using various copper- or nickel-clad DBC substrates. With its excellently balanced formulation, MX2127 can effectively clean residues from various lead-free process fluxes. After cleaning, it maintains the original metal substrate condition, ensuring strong adhesion for subsequent wire bonding and encapsulation processes. MICRONOX MX2127 is suitable for use in spray equipment, allowing effective cleaning at low concentrations and low operating temperatures, and is easy to monitor.
