The equipment is equipped with a unique spray system specially designed for the cleaning of large-sized and low-gap precision components, capable of thoroughly cleaning complex-shaped parts to ensure no dead spots. This system can evenly distribute the cleaning agent, ensuring that every surface is effectively cleaned, improving cleaning accuracy and efficiency.

3. Equipped with a high-efficiency air knife water-cutting system, combined with an extra-long air knife drying section, it can quickly blow off water from the surface of components, ensuring no water marks remain after cleaning. At the same time, rapid air-cut drying greatly enhances overall production efficiency.

The online cleaning machine is primarily used for high-volume production of SIPs and micro-assembly modules, mainly addressing the post-soldering cleaning process of board-mounted products under SMT technology. It supports a fully automated cleaning system and is used in conjunction with a loading and unloading system. It efficiently cleans residues such as flux, airborne dust particles, or other contaminant impurities during various bonding and soldering processes. After cleaning, products achieve a clean surface, completely free of flux, oil, dirt, and other contaminant residues, meeting the cleanliness requirements of various packaging processes.
