KYZEN E5631 is suitable for stencil cleaning processes at low concentrations and room temperature, including spray, wiping the bottom of stencils, and ultrasonic equipment. The formulation of E5631 takes into full consideration the occupational safety of operators and the working environment. It is an economical and efficient cleaning agent that can quickly and effectively remove all types of solder paste flux from stencils and A-side misprinted boards.

KYZEN E5631 has been proven to be compatible with stencil foils, epoxy adhesives, frames and meshes, as well as the structural materials of stencil cleaning equipment. E5631 has good GHS and safety ratings. KYZEN E5631 is a harmless, biodegradable, semi-aqueous cleaner that meets RoHS requirements and can satisfy all REACH requirements to date.
